It's All About Us

When your week starts with emails in your inbox from two very happy customers, you know it's going to be a good one!
We had lots of bedheads being delivered over the weekend and I was thrilled to bits that two customers found the time to email me shots of their bedheads in situ.
I think both look fantastic and show how talented our customers are in turning their bedrooms into beautiful havens. I just wanted all BedNesters to see - maybe you'll get some inspiration?

We've been working on some fabulous projects using our Bespoke BedNest service recently.
This is where customers give us a brief to custom-design their own unique bedhead, often based on a photo, a sketch or a tear-sheet from a magazine. We source fabric and create the design according to the  brief here at BedNest HQ.

Our beautifully tailored valance is no ruffled, frilly monstrosity - it has very clean lines with corner pleats and optional side pleats and when purchased with any bedhead design it creates a streamlined, elegant look. Our range of gorgeous fabrics are all upholstery weight and highly durable so our valance will last you for years, way longer than a standard sheeting product.

BedNest cushions come in 3 shapes and are also available in all of our lovely fabrics.

1. The 60x60 square is made of feathers for a gorgeous soft and pillowy feel. These feathers are channelled (rather like a doona), however, to help hold the square shape. They have a 5cm border around the edge. Perfect for floor cushions, bed cushions, sofa cushions and window seats.

 We've been so fortunate with some amazing press coverage over recent months, but it's the editorial pic and feature in the latest Inside Out issue that really set my heart racing.
Inside Out is so revered in the industry for being design savvy and very cool and I just can't quite believe that they love the Florence as much as I do, and you do (still our best-seller).

Just thought we'd give you a glimpse behind the scenes at the latest BedNest photo shoot.....

2 days, 100+ shots, 20+ products, 1 fabulous and laidback Italian photographer, 2 stylists with perfectionist tendencies, so many gorgeous accessories, a nasty parking attendant, a LOT of ironing of bedlinen, a very sore throat (Nicky's) and a persistent toddler who kept invading the set (also Nicky's!)

We were thrilled to bits with the results and had a whole lot of fun.
