All BedNest upholstered bedheads and other products are delivered direct to our customers' chosen delivery address by our trusted delivery company.

After you have finalised your choice of bedhead you will be asked to select the delivery option appropriate to you. The delivery cost will then be automatically added to your order and the total cost will be updated. You must 'request a quote' for items requiring delivery outside a Metro area. If your delivery address is considered to be outside a Metro area by the delivery company and the cost of delivery is over and above the delivery option you have selected, BedNest reserves the right to pass on the additional cost.

Delivery of goods is by a third party courier and is strictly to ground floor. Your order will then be delivered directly to your door after manufacturing has been completed in Sydney. Delivery is to the ground floor entry point and does not include carrying product/s inside, upstairs, or in elevators, the assembly of any items or removing packaging. Please ask for a quote if you would like your purchased item to be moved to a location within the home and/or assembled.

Important - responsibility for ensuring adequate access lies with the customer. Please check the dimensions of the item being purchased using the BedNest size guide and ensure access is possible. While we will try to help you find a solution, BedNest will not refund or return a product that can not be delivered due to an access limitation.

The courier will make direct contact within 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm delivery to your address.

Delivery is during business hours Monday to Friday. You will be notified directly by the Courier within 24 hours of the delivery day and given a window of time for when delivery will take place.

Pricing for regional areas will be quoted on an individual basis - please select the "other" option in the shipping options menu and pay for your order online.

We will contact you with a tailored quote for delivery of your order which will be charged separately.

The standard lead-time for our upholstered bedheads is 5-8 weeks. Deliveries to WA, TAS and NT can take a week or two longer as freight with our experienced furniture carrier is less regular. Lead-times may also vary depending on fabric availability and any unforeseen production delays - our items are handmade by wonderful humans who do their utmost to create your piece/s to perfection.

We can not guarantee Pre-Christmas delivery for any orders placed between mid-October and mid-December. Orders placed during this period may experience an extended lead time to accommodate factory closure over Christmas. Post-Christmas deliveries will recommence towards the end of January. Additionally, orders scheduled for delivery at Easter will be delayed 2 weeks due to a holiday closure.
