All BedNest upholstered bedheads and other products are covered by our 12 month structural warranty.
If you find a structural fault or defect with your BedNest product please contact us immediately.
Depending on the nature of the fault (and if the product is still under warranty) we will either arrange for your product to be returned to our manufacturing base in Sydney, or we will arrange for a local upholsterer to fix the problem. We have a network of excellent local upholsterers all around Australia. All delivery and manufacturing costs associated with this repair or replacement will be covered by BedNest. Please note that many fabrics (particularly linens and velvets) have natural imperfections as per of their overall appearance and these do not constitute a fault).
If the product is outside the warranty period we are still, of course, happy to help fix any issues but this will be at the customer's cost.
We regret that, as all BedNest products are made to order to each client's specifications, we are unable to accept returns for any reasons other than structural faults or damages. This means that any products where access is an issue and prevents delivery cannot be refunded or returned.
This also means that any products where the customer changes their mind cannot be refunded or returned.
